sons (permitted by Head of Department), the attendance requirement will be a minimum of 75% of lectures actually held in individual subjects. Students must note that only attending practical will not be considered for grant of term. Absence in lectures will also lead to non-grant of terms even if all practical are completed. All students will be notified of their default every month to give them a chance to improve
Students must perform all practical conducted in the laboratory & submit the assignment in time on the date notified. If the term-work is not assessed, no marks will be allotted for non submission of term-work.
The students must note that after certification of journal, they are required to submit the journal in person to the respective teacher. Non-submission within the specific date will be considered as default.
All HoDs shall display the attendance position of all students in the first week of every month and call immediately parents of defaulter students (below 75 %) for intimation.
All semesters first class tests shall be held in the mid-semester covering half syllabus and second class test shall be held at the end of semester covering further half syllabus.
Other events like sports, functions, programs etc of departments shall be conducted outside the teaching hours of the department.
